How much does Invisalign cost in Edgware?
At Toothi it’s £1,495 for a Minor Correction, £2,495 for Invisalign Go and £2,995 for Invisalign Go Plus. Those are the whole prices — consultation, scan, ClinCheck plan, all your review appointments, attachments, IPR and whitening at the end are inside them, not added afterwards.
Across central London the same treatment typically runs £3,500–£5,500. The difference is rent, not clinical quality.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and so is the iTero 3D scan that goes with it — together worth £345. There’s no card, no deposit and no obligation. You leave with your simulation, a written plan and a price, and you decide in your own time.
How long does it take?
Minor Correction is typically 3–6 months, Invisalign Go 4–10 months, and Go Plus 6–12 months. Your own timeline depends on how far your teeth have to move, and Dr Ali will give you a specific figure once he’s seen your scan — not a range.
Will people notice?
Rarely. The aligners are clear and fit closely over the teeth. Most patients tell us colleagues don’t spot them unless they’re told. You take them out to eat, drink anything other than water, and to brush — so there’s nothing visible in photos if you’d rather there wasn’t.
Small tooth-coloured attachments are used on some teeth to guide the movement. They’re the same shade as your enamel and come off at the end.
Do you offer 0% finance?
Yes — 0% APR over 6 or 12 months with no deposit. If you’d rather keep the monthly figure lower you can spread it over up to 60 months, on which interest applies. See the representative example above for the exact terms.
Finance is subject to status. We’ll run through both options at your consultation so you can see the real monthly figures for your plan before deciding.
What if my case is too complex?
Then we’ll say so. Aligners can’t fix everything — some bites and some rotations need fixed braces or an orthodontist, and a few cases need other work done first. Dr Ali will show you on your own 3D scan why, and point you to what would actually work.
You’ll have lost nothing but ten minutes, and you’ll still have the scan.
