Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may need it.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. Where a deposit has been paid towards treatment, it may not be refundable if insufficient notice is given.

We will always try to be understanding of genuine emergencies.
