Plans change — we get it. Here’s how to cancel or rearrange your appointment fairly, for you and for other patients.
48 hours’ notice, please
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may need it — often someone in pain waiting for an emergency slot.
Late cancellations & missed appointments
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. Where a deposit has been paid towards treatment, it may not be refundable if insufficient notice is given.
We will always try to be understanding of genuine emergencies.
