Invisalign packages at Toothi

Toothi offers three Invisalign packages, each a fixed price with everything included: Invisalign Go Express at £1,495, Invisalign Go at £2,495 and Invisalign Go Plus at £2,995. Your free iTero scan and plan decide which one you need, not a pick off a menu. The price is confirmed in writing before anything is made.
Every package includes the same things. What changes is how many aligners your teeth need, which sets how far they can move and how long it takes.

Complex cases that need full Invisalign or fixed braces are quoted after assessment and referred on to a colleague we trust. If that’s you, we’ll say so at the free consultation.
Package 1
Invisalign Go Express: £1,495
The short course. For front-teeth crowding or spacing, a single crooked incisor, or teeth that have drifted since earlier braces. Fewer aligners, typically around 3 months, and the same retainers and whitening as the bigger packages. Read more on our Invisalign Express page.
Package 2
Invisalign Go: £2,495
Most of our patients end up on this one. Mild to moderate crowding, gaps, rotated teeth or relapse, across the front teeth and premolars, typically around 6 months. Attachments and a little IPR are often part of the plan.
Package 3
Invisalign Go Plus: £2,995
The same system with more aligners, for moderate cases that need more movement: heavier crowding, bigger rotations, or a mild to moderate overbite that needs levelling. Typically around 9 months. Why Fixed Packages
Why we publish one price per package
Most Invisalign quotes in the UK are built up: a headline figure, then retainers, refinements, whitening and reviews added after the scan. That makes clinics hard to compare, and the final bill is often more than people expected. We do it the other way round: three packages, one price each, with retainers, refinements, whitening, the hygiene clean and reviews already in. Paying
Spreading the cost
Any treatment over £250 can be spread over up to 10 months at 0% interest, or over up to 60 months at 12.9% APR representative (fixed). Finance is provided by Tabeo, subject to status. We set it up after your consultation, once your package is confirmed. Representative example (Invisalign Go Express only): £1,495 over 60 months = 12.9% APR fixed, £33.06 a month, cost of credit £488.71, total to pay back £1,983.71. This is the only monthly figure we publish; the Tabeo checker shows the exact figure for your package and term. Common Questions
Package questions
Can I choose the lowest-priced package?
We choose the package from your scan and plan. An express course on a case that needs Go would finish with the teeth short of where they should be. We’ll show you the preview for the package your case needs.
What is not included?
Any dental treatment you need before aligners can start, such as a filling or gum treatment, is quoted separately and in writing. Everything that’s part of the Invisalign itself is included.
Are retainers really included in all three?
Yes. Removable retainers and a fixed wire retainer are included in every package, including Go Express.
Is whitening included in all three?
Yes. Boutique teeth whitening is included in every package. See Invisalign and teeth whitening.
What if I need refinements?
Refinement aligners are included in every package, so a longer finish doesn’t cost more.
Can I upgrade mid-treatment?
That’s what the scan at the start is for. If the plan shows you need Go Plus rather than Go, we’ll tell you before anything is made.
