Dr Ali is a highly compassionate dentist who is great at working with nervous patients. He is very much interested in the latest dental advancements available and this is very much reflected with his new dental practice, toothi.

He regularly attends training from leading dental experts in the field. He is an Invisalign certified dentist and is able to offer clear braces to help straighten teeth.

He goes further by combining this with teeth whitening and composite bonding to achieve a Hollywood-like smile for those that desire it.

After graduating from the prestigious University of Bristol in 2005, Keval went on to complete the Royal College of Surgeons (England) Membership examinations in 2007. Dr Keval is one of the few dentists to be awarded a specialist training position in endodontics at Guy’s and King’s College Dental Institute where he successfully completed 4 years of advance training and passed all examinations with distinction. He was also awarded the Membership in Endodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, which is recognised as the highest qualification in the field. He currently divides his time between King’s College London (as a clinical teacher on the undergraduate and postgraduate endodontic programmes) and private practice.

Dr Tina attained her higher specialist training qualification in Oral Surgery at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in 2018. She is passionate about patient safety and teaching and has developed a unique form of training which has been rolled out hospital-wide.

Dr Tina is also a proficient provider of sedation and is a member of SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry). Dr Tina has most recently divided her time with providing oral surgery services in general practice with her work at the Eastman Dental Hospital, where she assessed and treated patients requiring more complex care.

She is able to treat patients under intravenous sedation, local anaesthesia as well as general anaesthesia. She has also provided one-to-one teaching and clinical supervision of Oral Surgery trainees and general dentists on the Minor Oral Surgery course.

His work includes all complex dental implant treatments, All-on-4, Implant-supported dentures, complex restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, veneers, crowns, bridgework, bone and soft tissue reconstruction & grafting, periodontal plastic surgery, occlusal rehabilitations and full mouth rehabilitations.

His goal is to be able to deliver pain-free dentistry, in a comfortable, warm and friendly environment and to build caring lifelong relationships and trust with patients.

Dr Karrar particularly enjoys minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (teeth straightening), difficult extractions and endodontics (root-canal treatment). He is also a qualified Facial Aesthetic practitioner and provides anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and lip augmentation treatments.

Dr Karrar enjoys all aspects of dentistry and takes great pride on achieving patients’ expectations. He is committed to looking after his long term and new patients, who perhaps have not been to a dentist for a long time.

With his calm and professional approach, he is here to give advice from slight aesthetic treatments to much more advanced options.
