Travelling to Toothi for Invisalign: how it works

Patients come to Toothi from across London, Hertfordshire and further afield for Invisalign at a fixed, published price with retainers and whitening included. If you are planning a journey to see us, this page sets out the whole process so you know exactly how many visits to expect and what to sort out before the first one.

The short version: check the finance from home, have a check-up with your own dentist, then two visits to get started and a review roughly every eight weeks. We are open seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, so appointments can fit around your travel.

You do not need to visit to find out whether the monthly payments work for you. Use the Tabeo finance checker with the price of the package you have in mind, or email or WhatsApp us and we will send you a Tabeo link for that package. The eligibility check is a soft search you complete from home, with no obligation. It is not a commitment to treatment, and the finance itself is only set up after your consultation, once the scan has confirmed which package you need.

Any treatment over £250 can be spread over up to 10 months at 0% interest, or over up to 60 months at 12.9% APR representative (fixed). We do not ask for a treatment deposit; Tabeo normally collects your first monthly payment when the agreement starts.

Representative example (Invisalign Go Express only): £1,495 over 60 months = 12.9% APR fixed, £33.06 a month, cost of credit £488.71, total to pay back £1,983.71. This is the only monthly figure we publish; the checker shows the exact figure for your package and term.

Your teeth and gums need to be healthy before aligners go on. Ideally see your own dentist within three months of your consultation and have any fillings, gum treatment or other work completed at home first. That way nothing delays the start of treatment when you arrive.

If something is picked up at your consultation that still needs doing, we can treat it at Toothi before aligners begin, quoted separately and in writing, or you can have it done at home and come back.

Book online or ask us for a time that suits your travel. The consultation is free; a £50 deposit secures the slot and is refunded when you attend. At the visit the dentist examines your teeth, takes your iTero 3D scan, shows you a preview of the predicted result and confirms which package your case needs. Your Invisalign plan is then prepared and sent to you to review; once you are happy with it and the finance is in place, your aligners are ordered.

Prices are fixed and confirmed in writing before anything begins. If the scan shows your case needs full Invisalign, we will tell you at the consultation and refer you on to a colleague we trust.

Your aligners usually arrive two to three weeks after the plan is approved, so your second visit is booked for then. We fit your first aligners, place the small tooth-coloured attachments and talk you through wear and care. You leave with your sets and a date for your first review.

The consultation and the fitting cannot be combined into a single trip, because your aligners are made to your scan after the plan is agreed. Please allow for two visits to get started.

Review appointments are included in every package and are generally every eight weeks. Over a typical Invisalign Go Plus course that means around four or five further visits, plus a final visit for your retainers. Your fixed and removable retainers, the Airflow hygiene clean and your Boutique whitening are all part of the package.
