Toothi London is a fully private dental practice at 1 Handel Parade, Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, London HA8 6LD. We are open seven days a week, we are accepting new patients, and there is no waiting list and no registration fee. A check-up is £55. We provide no NHS treatment — every patient here is seen privately.

Every fee we charge is published in full on our fees page, and you receive a written plan with the cost of every item on it before any treatment begins. Nothing starts until you have agreed it. The practice is led by Dr Ali El-Kabengi (GDC 270807), and we are rated 4.9 on Google.

Thursday is a half day and we close at midday. Every other day we are open, including Saturday and Sunday, so most people can be seen without taking time off work. Weekend appointments fill first, so it is worth booking ahead.

New patients are welcome every day we are open. There is no waiting list, no registration fee and no referral needed — you can book a £55 examination directly, and most new patient appointments are available within the week. If you are moving from another practice and would like your records requested, we can arrange that with your permission.

Your examination is unhurried. We check your teeth, gums and soft tissues, screen for oral cancer, take any X-rays that are clinically needed at £15 each, and talk you through everything we find. You leave with a written plan and the price of each item on it. Nervous patients are especially welcome — tell us when you book and we will take everything at your pace. Alongside general dentistry — examinations, white fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, dentures and extractions — we provide hygiene and Airflow stain removal, Invisalign clear aligners, composite bonding, veneers, teeth whitening, dental implants and same-day emergency care.

Dr Ali El-Kabengi has a special interest in dental implants, composite bonding and Invisalign and carries out that work himself. A single implant is £1,995 and includes the implant, abutment, porcelain crown and your review appointments; the CBCT scan is not included, as it is taken at an imaging centre you attend and pay directly. We do not provide full-arch All-on-4 or All-on-6 treatment and will refer you if that is what you need. We also do not provide IV sedation or facial aesthetics.

We are at 1 Handel Parade, Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, London HA8 6LD, a few minutes from Edgware station on the Northern line and Canons Park on the Jubilee line, with local bus routes close by. We see patients from Edgware, Burnt Oak, Stanmore, Canons Park, Queensbury, Mill Hill, Kingsbury, Colindale and Harrow.
