What can Invisalign fix?
Invisalign treats most everyday alignment problems — crowded or overlapping teeth, gaps and spacing, and many overbite, underbite and crossbite issues — as well as teeth that have relapsed years after childhood braces. Small tooth-coloured attachments or elastics are sometimes used to help certain movements. Some complex cases are still better suited to fixed braces or specialist care, and if that’s true for you we’ll say so honestly at your free consultation rather than fit you into the wrong treatment. How much does Invisalign cost in Edgware?

How long does Invisalign take?

Does Invisalign hurt?
You’ll feel mild pressure or tightness for a day or two with each new aligner — a sign the teeth are moving — and it settles quickly. There are no brackets or wires to rub your cheeks and lips.
Will people notice I’m wearing aligners?
The aligners are thin and transparent, so at conversational distance most people won’t notice them. Some patients have a slight lisp for the first few days while the tongue adapts, which almost always settles within a week.
Can Invisalign fix crowded teeth or an overbite?
Usually yes — crowding, spacing and many bite problems respond well to aligners, sometimes with small attachments or elastics to help. Severe cases may need fixed braces or specialist care, and we’ll tell you honestly if that’s the better route.
Do I have to wear a retainer afterwards?
Yes — after any teeth-straightening treatment, retainers are what stop teeth drifting back. We’ll plan fixed or removable retainers (or both) with you before your treatment finishes.
Do you offer finance?
Yes — 0% interest over 12 to 60 months from around £25 a month, or longer low-interest terms up to 5 years, subject to status. Finance is available on treatments over £250.
