Toothi was founded by Dr Ali El-Kabengi with a simple frustration: too much dentistry feels rushed, impersonal and unclear about money. So we built the opposite — a modern clinic two minutes from Edgware station where every price is published, every plan is written down before treatment, and the dentist who plans your case is the one who treats you. “Step into our clinic as a stranger, leave as a lifelong friend” isn’t a slogan we bought; it’s how the practice was designed.
