How long does Invisalign take?
Most Invisalign treatment at Toothi takes between three and nine months, depending on which plan your teeth need. Invisalign Go Express is typically around 3 months, Invisalign Go typically around 6 months, and Invisalign Go Plus typically around 9 months.

How much does Invisalign cost in Edgware?
At Toothi it’s £1,495 for Invisalign Go Express, £2,495 for Invisalign Go and £2,995 for Invisalign Go Plus. Those are the whole prices — consultation, scan, ClinCheck plan, all your review appointments, refinement aligners if needed, attachments, IPR, retainers and whitening at the end are inside them, not added afterwards.
Complex cases are quoted after assessment and referred on where aligners are not the right answer.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and so is the iTero 3D scan that goes with it. There’s no card, no deposit and no obligation. You leave with your simulation, a written plan and a price, and you decide in your own time.
How long does it take?
Invisalign Go Express is typically around 3 months, Invisalign Go typically around 6 months, and Invisalign Go Plus typically around 9 months. Complex cases are quoted after assessment and referred on.
Your own timeline depends on how far your teeth have to move, so treatment time stays an estimate until your ClinCheck plan is complete. What Dr Ali will give you once he’s seen your scan is a specific fee — one fixed price for your case, not a range.
Will people notice?
Rarely. The aligners are clear and fit closely over the teeth. Most patients tell us colleagues don’t spot them unless they’re told. You take them out to eat, drink anything other than water, and to brush — so there’s nothing visible in photos if you’d rather there wasn’t.
Small tooth-coloured attachments are used on some teeth to guide the movement. They’re the same shade as your enamel and come off at the end.
Do you offer 0% finance?
Yes — 0% finance over up to 10 months on treatment over £250, with no deposit. If you’d rather keep the monthly figure lower you can spread it over up to 60 months, on which interest applies. See the representative example above for the exact terms.
Finance is subject to status. We’ll run through both options at your consultation so you can see the figures for your own plan in writing before deciding.
What if my case is too complex?
Then we’ll say so. Aligners can’t fix everything — some bites and some rotations need fixed braces, and a few cases need other work done first. Complex cases are quoted after assessment and referred on. Dr Ali will show you on your own 3D scan why, and point you to what would actually work.
You’ll have lost nothing but ten minutes, and you’ll still have the scan.
