Invisalign Go is Align Technology’s system for mild to moderate adult cases. It works on the teeth you show when you smile: the front teeth and premolars. The aligners are the same SmartTrack material, planned in the same ClinCheck software and made in the same lab as full Invisalign. Most adults who want straighter front teeth fall inside its range. Go Plus is the same system with more aligners, for cases that need more movement.

Toothi is an Invisalign Go Plus provider. Invisalign Go is a fixed £2,495 here and typically takes around 6 months; Invisalign Go Plus is £2,995 and typically around 9 months. Both include your iTero scan, all reviews, refinement aligners if needed, removable and fixed retainers, an Airflow hygiene clean and Boutique teeth whitening.

The only real difference is the number of aligners, which decides how far the teeth can travel. We pick between them from your scan and plan, not from the price list. Put a Go Plus case on Go and it would just stop short.

What It Treats

Cases that suit Go and Go Plus

  • ✓  Crowding: overlapping front teeth, often with a little IPR to make space.
  • ✓  Gaps: spaces between the front teeth, closed by moving the teeth together.
  • ✓  Relapse: teeth that have drifted since earlier braces.
  • ✓  Rotated or tilted teeth, with attachments to give the aligner grip.
  • ✓  Mild to moderate overbite, using intrusion and precision bite ramps.
  • ✓  Alignment before bonding or veneers, so the cosmetic work needs less build-up.

Go and Go Plus don’t move the molars, correct a skeletal bite or replace jaw surgery. If your scan shows you need full Invisalign or fixed braces, we’ll tell you at the free consultation and refer you on to a colleague we trust. Better that than starting a case the system isn’t built for.

Go vs Full Invisalign

Is Go a lesser Invisalign?

No. Same material, same lab, same planning software, and the teeth move the same way. Full Invisalign (Lite, Moderate and Comprehensive) is for bigger movements, molar correction and more complex bites, usually with an orthodontist, and it’s priced to match. Go covers the front-teeth cases that make up most adult requests. That’s why it’s quicker, and why we can publish a fixed price for it. If yours is a Go case, you’re not missing out by skipping Comprehensive. If it’s a Comprehensive case, Go is the wrong tool and we’ll say so.

Common Questions

Invisalign Go questions

How much does Invisalign Go cost?

At Toothi London, Invisalign Go is a fixed £2,495 and Invisalign Go Plus is £2,995. Retainers, whitening, reviews and refinements are included in both.

What is the difference between Invisalign Go and Go Plus?

Go Plus has more aligners, so it can move the teeth further. We use it for moderate cases with more rotation, crowding or bite levelling. The teeth treated and what’s included are the same.

How long does Invisalign Go take?

Typically around 6 months for Go and around 9 months for Go Plus across our cases. Your own timeline is on your plan before you start.

Does Invisalign Go move the back teeth?

No. Go and Go Plus work on the front teeth and premolars. If you need molar movement, we refer you on for full Invisalign or fixed braces.

Is Invisalign Go as good as full Invisalign?

For the cases it’s meant for, yes: same aligners, same planning, same lab. It’s built for front-teeth cases rather than complex bites, which is why it’s quicker and can be offered at a fixed price.

Can Invisalign Go fix an overbite?

A mild to moderate one, yes, using intrusion and precision bite ramps. Deep or skeletal bites are referred on. See Invisalign for overbites.

One visit tells you if yours is a Go or Go Plus case. Book your free consultation with a free iTero 3D scan and leave with a fixed written price.
