Toothi London is a fully private dental practice at 1 Handel Parade, Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, London HA8 6LD. We’re open seven days a week and taking new patients, with no waiting list and no registration fee. A check-up is £55. We provide no NHS treatment: everyone here is seen privately.

Every fee we charge is published in full on our fees page, and you get a written plan with the cost of every item on it before any treatment begins. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it. The practice is led by Dr Ali El-Kabengi (GDC 270807), and we’re rated 4.9 on Google.

Thursday is a half day; we close at midday. The rest of the week we’re open, Saturday and Sunday included, so most people can be seen without taking time off work. Weekend slots go first, so it’s worth booking ahead.

You can book as a new patient on any day we’re open. You don’t need a referral. Just book a £55 examination directly, and most new patient appointments are available within the week. If you’re moving from another practice and want your records sent over, we can request them with your permission.

The examination isn’t rushed. We check your teeth, gums and soft tissues, screen for oral cancer, take any X-rays that are clinically needed at £15 each, and go through what we find. You leave with a written plan and the price of each item. If you’re nervous, tell us when you book and we’ll go at your pace. You can read what to expect at your first visit before you come in.

Alongside general dentistry (examinations, white fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, dentures and extractions) we provide hygiene and Airflow stain removal, Invisalign clear aligners, composite bonding, veneers, teeth whitening, dental implants and same-day emergency care.

Dr Ali El-Kabengi has a special interest in dental implants, composite bonding and Invisalign and carries out that work himself. A single implant is £1,995 and includes the implant, abutment, porcelain crown and your review appointments. The CBCT scan isn’t included: it’s taken at an imaging centre, which you visit and pay directly. Fixed full-arch bridges (All-on-X) are also available, priced on assessment at a free implant consultation. We don’t provide IV sedation or facial aesthetics.

We’re at 1 Handel Parade, Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, London HA8 6LD, a few minutes from Edgware station on the Northern line and Canons Park on the Jubilee line, with local bus routes close by. We see patients from Edgware, Burnt Oak, Stanmore, Canons Park, Queensbury, Mill Hill, Kingsbury, Colindale and Harrow.
