Your options

Can you get dental implants on finance?

Yes. Most patients go one of three ways: pay as treatment goes along, spread the fee interest-free over a short term, or spread it over a longer term with interest. Which suits you is mostly down to cash flow.

01

Pay as you go

Pay for each stage of treatment as it happens. Your written plan shows what’s due at each stage.

02

0% over up to 10 months

Interest-free finance over up to 10 months on treatment over £250. You pay the treatment fee and nothing more.

03

Longer-term finance

Longer finance through Tabeo is available, subject to status. Interest applies, and the terms are shown to you in writing before you apply.

How does a dental implant payment plan work?

Finance is arranged after your consultation, once your treatment plan and fee are agreed. The application doesn’t take long. The lender, Tabeo, makes the decision, not us.

  • ✓  Free consultation first. You get a written plan with a fixed fee, so you know exactly what you’re financing. See what happens at a dental implant consultation.
  • ✓  Choose your term. 0% over up to 10 months, or a longer term with interest. We show you the figures for your own plan in writing.
  • ✓  Apply. Tabeo carries out its own checks. Finance is subject to status and affordability.
  • ✓  Start treatment. Once approved, treatment goes ahead as planned.

Other routes

Are dental implants available on the NHS or insurance?

Toothi is fully private and doesn’t provide NHS treatment. Implants are only rarely available on the NHS, usually in a hospital setting for specific medical reasons. Our guide to dental implants on the NHS explains more.

Some dental insurance policies or health cash plans contribute towards implant treatment. Check your policy wording, and ask us for an itemised plan you can send to your insurer.

Before you decide

Is spreading the cost right for you?

Finance makes the payments smaller, but it’s still borrowing. Only take on what you can comfortably repay, and read the terms. If you’d rather save up first, that’s fine too. Your written plan stays valid while you think it over.

Common Questions

Implant finance FAQs

Do you offer 0% finance on dental implants?

Yes. We offer 0% finance over up to 10 months on treatment over £250, subject to status.

Can I spread the cost of implants over longer than 10 months?

Yes. Longer finance through Tabeo is available, subject to status. Interest applies, and you see the terms for your own plan in writing before applying.

What is the monthly cost of a dental implant?

It depends on your fee, the term you choose and the lender’s decision, so we show you the figures for your own plan at your consultation rather than quoting a general monthly figure.

Do I need a deposit?

Your finance terms, including any deposit, are confirmed in writing when you apply. We go through this at your consultation.

Does applying affect my credit score?

The lender carries out its own checks as part of the application. Ask us or Tabeo before applying if you want to know what kind of search will be used.

Is the CBCT scan included in the finance?

No. The CBCT scan is taken at a referral imaging centre and paid to them directly, so it isn’t part of the Toothi fee.
