Borehamwood and Elstree sit just outside London, and that shows in the dental options: solid everyday practices, but not much in the way of digital implant planning or properly designed cosmetic work without heading into town.

Toothi is fifteen minutes away, straight down the A5 or A41. WD6 patients are a steady and growing part of our list, and they tend to come for the bigger cases — implants, smile makeovers, Invisalign — where the planning and the clinician matter most. Every case is planned by principal dentist Dr Ali El-Kabengi (GDC 270807).

What We Treat

What Borehamwood & Elstree patients come to us for

Larger cases, mostly. Dental implants — including full-arch restorations — and smile makeovers combining Invisalign, whitening and bonding or veneers. Because we’re a short drive rather than a train journey, appointments are easy to fit around work.

WD6 families also register with us for general dentistry: exams £55, children £30, under-fives free.

Worth The Drive

Why WD6 patients drive in — and what a case actually involves

Fifteen minutes is a small price for planning done properly, and that’s really the whole argument for the drive down the A5.

A full-arch implant case, for instance, is not a single appointment or a single decision. It’s a 3D assessment of the bone, a plan for how many implants the arch genuinely needs, a surgical stage, a healing period with a temporary bridge you can eat and smile with, and a final restoration. Getting that wrong is expensive and painful to fix. Getting it right depends almost entirely on the planning and on one clinician holding the whole picture.

The same applies to cosmetic cases. The digital iTero preview means the endpoint is agreed before treatment begins, rather than hoped for.

Practically: we’ll batch your appointments where we can, so a WD6 patient isn’t making the trip more often than necessary, and we’ll put reviews on a Saturday or Sunday. Consultation and 3D scan are free — worth a drive for a second opinion alone.
