Invisalign at Toothi is £1,495 to £2,995 depending on how much movement your teeth need, and that is the full treatment fee, not a headline price. The iTero scanner takes a digital impression of your teeth in a few minutes — no impression trays, no gagging — and produces a simulation of where your teeth would finish up. It is not a sales gimmick: it is the same scan the aligners are made from, and it is the honest way to find out whether Invisalign will get you what you actually want. Some patients look at the simulation and decide aligners will not go far enough for them, which is a perfectly good outcome from a free appointment.

Dr Ali El-Kabengi plans every case himself. If your case genuinely needs an orthodontist — significant bite discrepancies, for instance, rather than crowding or spacing — we will say so and refer you on to an orthodontist rather than take the case on.

Toothi holds a 4.9-star Google rating and opens seven days a week, including Sundays, so your six-to-eight-weekly reviews never have to cost you a working day. The clinician who scans you, designs your plan and refines your final result is the same person you see at every appointment — no handover, and no remote “aligner subscription” with nobody watching your bite.

The part nobody mentions: wear time and retainers. Aligners work for 20 to 22 hours a day. Take them out for meals and hot drinks and put them straight back in. If you are realistically going to leave them out for hours at a time, treatment will take longer than quoted and the result will drift from the plan — that is not a scare tactic, it is simply how the mechanics work.

The second thing is retention. Teeth move for life. Whoever straightens them, you need a retainer afterwards, indefinitely — nightly at first, then a few nights a week. Any practice that does not raise this before you pay is not being straight with you. Both kinds — removable and fixed — are included with all three of our Invisalign tiers, so there is nothing further to pay at the end of treatment.

Finishing the smile. Straight teeth are not always the whole job. Once the teeth are in position, patients often want the edges evened out or the shade lifted. Composite bonding from £195 per tooth reshapes worn or chipped edges without drilling healthy enamel, and whitening is £250 in practice or £350 for custom home trays. Hendon Central to Edgware is a direct Northern line run of three stops via Colindale and Burnt Oak, about eight minutes, and we are a five-minute walk from Edgware Station. By car it is roughly fifteen minutes from Brent Street or Vivian Avenue up the A5 Edgware Road, or via the A41 Watford Way, with parking in Edgware town centre.
