Toothi London is a fully private Invisalign clinic in Edgware, at the northern end of the Northern line, and we see patients from all over North London: Camden, Hampstead, Golders Green, Hendon, Finchley, Mill Hill and Barnet. Your Aligners
We fit your first set and place any small tooth-coloured attachments. You wear each aligner 20–22 hours a day, with short reviews every 8 weeks or so.
Refine & Retain
Any final refinements are made, attachments come off, and we fit your retainers to hold your teeth in their new position.

We’re at 1 Handel Parade, Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, HA8 6LD, a five-minute walk from Edgware Station, the northern terminus of the Northern line (Edgware branch). It’s a direct line from Camden, Hampstead, Golders Green, Hendon Central and Colindale, with no changes. Patients from Finchley, Mill Hill, Barnet and Muswell Hill reach us easily by bus or a short drive.
By car we’re just off the A5 and A41 and close to the M1 (Junction 4), with parking available nearby in Edgware town centre.

Is Invisalign right for me?
Invisalign handles crowding, spacing, mild-to-moderate overbite and overjet, crossbite and relapse very well. It’s less predictable for severe skeletal problems or very large tooth rotations. At your free consultation Dr Ali will tell you whether aligners are the right tool for your case and, if not, what is.
