Every photo on this page is a real patient, treated with Invisalign at our clinic in Edgware, North London. No stock images, no retouching, no cases borrowed from Align Technology’s marketing library. Each one is shown with the patient’s consent so you can see what clear aligners actually achieve for the most common problems adults come to us with — crowding, spacing, a single stubborn gap, and full smile transformations.
Below the photos we explain what each type of case involves, roughly how long it takes and which of our three fixed fees it usually falls under, so you can match your own teeth to a result rather than a promise.

What to look for in any before and after
Before and after photos are the single most useful thing you can look at when choosing a clinic — and the easiest thing to be misled by. A few checks:
- ✓ Same angle, same lighting. A “before” shot taken from below in dim light next to an “after” taken straight on with a ring light flatters any result. Ours are taken with the same retractors, in the same chair, under the same light.
- ✓ Look at the gum line and tooth edges, not just the colour. Whitening makes a huge visual difference but tells you nothing about the straightening. Check whether the edges of the front teeth are level and the gum line is even.
- ✓ Ask whether the case is the clinic’s own. Some websites use Align Technology’s stock library or cases from other practices. Ask who treated the patient in the photo.
- ✓ Ask what else was done. Many “Invisalign” transformations also include bonding, whitening or veneers. That is legitimate — we do it too — but you should know what the aligners did and what the other treatments did.
- ✓ Ask to see a case like yours. A clinic that treats a lot of Invisalign can show you crowding if you have crowding, and spacing if you have spacing. At your consultation we will show you cases that match your own teeth.

You do not have to guess from other people’s photos. Are these real Invisalign patients?
Yes. Every case on this page was treated by Dr Ali El-Kabengi at Toothi London in Edgware and is shown with the patient’s consent. We do not use stock photos or cases from other clinics.
Have the photos been edited?
Only cropped. The colour, lighting and shape of the teeth have not been altered. Where a case included whitening or bonding as well as aligners, the caption says so.
How long did these cases take?
It depends on the tier the case falls under. Invisalign Go Express cases take typically around 3 months, Invisalign Go typically around 6 months and Invisalign Go Plus typically around 9 months. See the table above and our guide to how long Invisalign takes.
How much did these results cost?
Each case falls under one of our three fixed fees: £1,495 for Invisalign Go Express, £2,495 for Invisalign Go and £2,995 for Invisalign Go Plus, with the scan, retainers, whitening and reviews included. Complex cases are quoted after assessment. See our Invisalign cost guide.
Can I see a simulation of my own teeth?
Yes. At your free consultation we take an iTero 3D scan and show you an on-screen simulation of your likely result the same day. It is free and takes about an hour including the examination.
Will my teeth look like this?
Only if your starting point is similar. Results depend on your teeth, your bite, your gum health and how consistently you wear the aligners (20–22 hours a day). Dr Ali will tell you honestly at your consultation what Invisalign can and cannot achieve for you.
