You do not need a Zone 1 postcode to straighten your teeth. Toothi is a fully private Invisalign clinic in Edgware, at the northern end of the Northern line, treating patients from right across North London — Camden, Hampstead, Golders Green, Hendon, Finchley, Mill Hill and Barnet. Every case is planned personally by principal dentist Dr Ali El-Kabengi (GDC 270807), and treatment starts from £1,495, with the full range running £1,495–£2,995 depending on complexity. That is the same Invisalign system, the same iTero scanner and the same clear aligners you would get on Harley Street — for £1,000 to £3,000 less.

We are open seven days a week, including Sundays, rated 4.9★ on Google across 127+ reviews, and every plan includes a free iTero 3D scan (worth £250), all your reviews and teeth whitening. Three fixed tiers, no moving goalposts — see the table below.

Lower Overheads

Why North London Invisalign costs less at Toothi

Central and West End clinics quote £3,000–£6,000+ for Invisalign, and a large part of that is postcode: Zone 1 rent, Zone 1 overheads, Zone 1 branding. The aligners in the box are identical. Toothi sits in outer North London where our costs are lower, so we can charge £1,495–£2,995 for exactly the same treatment and still see you personally at every appointment. For most patients that is a short trip down the Northern line in exchange for keeping a four-figure sum in their pocket.

It is not a discount model with a catch. The saving is structural — location, not corners cut. You get the same 3D digital planning, the same ClinCheck simulation of your finished smile before you commit, and the same dentist from first scan to final retainer.

Why Toothi

Why North London patients choose Toothi

  • ✓  Free iTero 3D scan — worth £250, no messy impressions, and a simulation of your finished smile on screen before you decide.
  • ✓  All your review appointments — every four-to-six-weekly check throughout treatment.
  • ✓  Teeth whitening — done at the end using your aligners or retainers as whitening trays.
  • ✓  A written quote that does not move — the price agreed at your ClinCheck is the price you pay.
  • ✓  Dr Ali personally on every case — no handover to a rotating list of associates, no unsupervised mail-order subscription.

Invisalign is not a product you buy off a shelf — it is a treatment you are guided through, and the aligners are only ever as good as the plan behind them. At Toothi the same clinician who scans you, designs your ClinCheck and refines your final result is the one you see at every review. There is no handover, and no remote aligner subscription with nobody watching your bite.

Because we open seven days a week including Sundays, North London patients who work in town can fit their short reviews around a weekend rather than losing a weekday morning. Most reviews take fifteen minutes. And with a 4.9★ Google rating across more than 127 reviews, you are choosing a practice that outer-London patients keep recommending to their neighbours.

01

Free Consultation & Scan

We assess your teeth, take a free iTero 3D scan (no putty impressions) and show you a simulation of your possible result the same day.

Plan & Quote

Dr Ali designs your tooth movements digitally. You’ll know the number of aligners, the timescale and your exact fixed fee in writing before anything begins.

Common Questions

Invisalign in North London FAQs

How much does Invisalign cost in North London?

At Toothi, Invisalign runs from £1,495 for a minor correction to £2,995 for a complex case, with most patients on the £2,495 Invisalign Go plan. Every plan includes a free iTero scan, all reviews and teeth whitening, and the price you agree at your ClinCheck is fixed.

Is Invisalign really cheaper here than in central London?

Yes — noticeably. Central and West End clinics commonly quote £3,000–£6,000+ for the same Invisalign system. Our £1,495–£2,995 prices reflect lower outer-London overheads, not a lesser treatment. For most patients that is a saving of £1,000–£3,000 for a short trip down the Northern line.

How long does Invisalign take?

Simple cases — mild crowding or a small relapse — can finish in 4–6 months. Most full cases run 12–18 months. We give you an expected number of aligners at the ClinCheck stage, before you pay anything.

Is Invisalign right for me?

Invisalign handles crowding, spacing, mild-to-moderate overbite and overjet, crossbite and relapse very well. It is less predictable for severe skeletal problems or very large tooth rotations. At your free consultation Dr Ali will tell you honestly whether aligners are the right tool for your case — and, if they are not, what is.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. We offer 0% interest-free finance over up to 10 months, or low-interest finance up to 60 months (representative 12.9% APR), from around £34/month. Cherry Dental Ltd (FRN 957242) is a credit broker; credit is provided by Tabeo, subject to status.

How do I get to you from North London?
