Is Invisalign right for you?
Invisalign treats crowding, gaps, many overbite, underbite and crossbite problems, and teeth that have moved back years after braces. The aligners are clear and come out for eating and cleaning, so it suits adults and teenagers who’d rather nobody noticed. You wear them 20–22 hours a day. How much does Invisalign cost in London?
Ask five London practices and you’ll get five very different numbers, and often a “from” figure that covers only a handful of aligners, with the real fee confirmed later. The aligners rarely differ much. What the quoted fee includes usually does.
At Toothi, Invisalign is £1,495, £2,495 or £2,995, and that’s the full treatment fee, agreed in writing before you start. It includes your complete series of aligners, all review appointments, refinement aligners if needed, removable and fixed retainers, an Airflow hygiene clean and Boutique teeth whitening. The aligners come from the same company wherever you’re treated. What changes between practices is what the fee covers, and whether the price you’re quoted is the price you end up paying. That’s why we publish all three fees in full before you visit.

After your consultation and first fitting, most patients come in for short reviews every 8 weeks or so. We’re open seven days, so they can all be at weekends.
